Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the BTCBank24 crypto exchange service. By using our service, you agree to the rules set out below.
1. General provisions
- BTCBank24 provides crypto exchange services between individuals and crypto assets.
- The service operates daily in Moscow time. Current working hours are shown on the home page. Orders are processed by operators during working hours.
- All exchange rates are shown in the calculator and locked at the moment an order is created.
- The service fee is included in the displayed exchange rate.
2. Exchange procedure
- The user selects an exchange direction, specifies the amount and the receiving address.
- After the order is created, the user is provided with an address to send the deposit to.
- The time to send the deposit is limited. Once it expires, the order is cancelled automatically.
- After the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, the operator processes the order and sends the funds.
- Standard processing time is 10 to 30 minutes after the deposit is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and refund
- An order can be cancelled before the deposit is sent, with no consequences.
- If the deposit has already been sent, cancellation is not possible — the order will be processed at the locked rate.
- If you sent the wrong amount, contact the operator to resolve the issue.
- Refunds are possible less network fees.
4. Limitations
- Minimum and maximum exchange amounts are set for each direction.
- The service reserves the right to refuse an exchange without giving reasons.
- Using the service for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal activity is prohibited.
5. Liability
- The user is responsible for the correctness of the receiving address provided.
- Funds sent to a wrong address through the user's fault are non-refundable.
- The service is not liable for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.
- In case of technical failures, the service undertakes to process the order as soon as possible.
6. Personal account
- Registration is optional. Exchange is available without creating an account.
- Registered users get access to discounts, the referral program and order history.
- The user must keep their login, password and secret word confidential.
- The secret word is used for account recovery and is stored in encrypted form.
